New Album from Ill Tal + Vinyl

Ill Tal - We Still Make Beats The Old Way

Ill Tal drops his latest instrumental release We Still Make Beats The Old Way. The album is a soundtrack to a fictional film about the struggles of carrying on tradition vs. adapting to change. The tracks are inspired by the sounds of 1960’s soundtracks – garage rock, bossa nova, exotica/lounge, jazz, psychedelic rock, spaghetti westerns and more.

A limited-edition vinyl release of the album is available for pre-order (shipping end of June) on Bandcamp. Now streaming on all major platforms including Spotify, Tidal, and YouTube Music.

A little bit about the album… The album was composed and performed entirely by Ill Tal. Instruments included on the album include – Hammond M3 Organ, Arp Pro Soloist, Wurlitzer Electric Piano, RMI Piano, Electric Guitar and Bass, Echoplex, JHS Fuzz Pedals, Spitfire Strings, Nord Stage, Moog Sub 37, and Mellotron Rack.
